Elevage de Saint Bernard
in Les Houches
Presentation
There are less than 500 short-haired Saint Bernards in France. The breeding of Les Houches is the most important in the Alps.
First bred as guard dogs, the monks of the Great Saint Bernard made them in the 18th century, a search dog for lost travelers.
Jean-Pierre and René Dumont will take you on a one-hour guided tour of this noble breed of dog with a prestigious past.
Good to know! The Pays du Mont-Blanc kennel welcomes your companion during your absence. Canine pension for all breeds.
