EXHIBITION OF DRAWINGS YAN LIU

Yan has made painting a passion, first watercolor, then over time, she learned all the techniques. This exhibition shows mainly her sketches. The subject matter is diverse.

My name is Yan LIU and I have been living in Argentiere for seven years. I was passionate about drawing when I was a child, in China, but I stopped after adolescence.
When my son took part in drawing activities at the MJC in Chamonix, I also wanted to take up my brushes. So I took online courses for four years.
My dream was to paint the beautiful landscapes of the Chamonix valley. I paint almost every day and have made great progress. I am very happy to do this exhibition and I hope you will share my pleasure of painting.
