Handicap
The cable car is entirely accessible to people with reduced mobility, but it is necessary to be accompanied, then the access from the car park is difficult over a stony and steep ground below the cable car.
Once arrived at the top of the cable car, easy access to the Autannes chair lift, then to the ski slopes in winter, to the restaurant of "Refuge de Balme" in summer over a flat trail (on a about 30 minutes' easy walk).
The access to the restaurant "Les Chalets de Charamillon" is difficult for people having difficuilty for walking and impossible for people with reduced mobility: it is indeed located 50m below the arrival of the cable car and accessible over a steep snowy path in winter, on a stony ground in summer.
50% reduction are granted at the cash desk to disabled people and one accompanying person when showing up with their invalidity card.
