Our goal of constantly improving the quality of our services naturally led us to initiate a structured quality approach. The culmination of daily work by the Tourist Office team has been obtaining the Qualité Tourisme mark since 2015.

Destination d'Excellence, the new government label

As the Qualité Tourisme label evolves towards a new, ambitious set of standards, dubbed Destination d'Excellence our Tourist Office is now fully engaged in the certification process for this new distinction.

Created in 2024, Destination d'Excellence is the only state label awarded to tourism professionals committed to offering an exemplary quality of experience to their visitors, while reinforcing the eco-responsibility of their service offering.

   We welcome you at our 5 reception desks, 3 of which are open all year round. Our travel consultants are committed to responding to your e-mail inquiries within 24 hours. If you prefer to talk on the phone, just call our switchboard, open 7 days a week

   Our destination experts look forward to welcoming you and sharing their secrets and tips about our valley. They will be happy to welcome you in several foreign languages.
