The cold weather and the abundant snow that has fallen at altitude over the last few hours have enabled our teams to prepare the facilities and the first slopes in order to launch the winter season in Chamonix.
We are pleased to provide you with an initial forecast of the opening of the "facilities and slopes from this weekend":

Domaine des Grands Montets:

- Partial opening of the ski area for the weekend of November 29-30, 2025.
Then continuous opening from Friday December 5, 2025.
- Lifts:
o Plan Joran gondola + Bochard gondola + Tabé chairlift
- Trails:
o Bochard Haut, Bochard Bas, Marmottons, Coq, Tabé, Pradian
- Catering:
o le spot, le Comptoir à Raclette

Domaine de la Flégère :

- Partial and continuous opening of the ski area from November 29, 2025.
- Ski lifts:
o Praz gondola, Evettes chairlift, Trappe chairlift, Index chairlift.
- Slopes :
o Evettes, Trappe, Libellules, Pylônes
- Catering:
o le foehn

To kick off the season, if you don't have a Chamonix Le PASS or MONT BLANC Unlimited season or year pass, we offer a special one-day price valid on La Flégère and Les Grands Montets:
- €42.00 single price (adult, youth, senior, veteran)

For information:
- CHAMONIX Le Pass & MONT BLANC Unlimited 2025-2026 season and year passes are valid as soon as the areas open to customers.
- Our other ski areas and sites in the Chamonix Valley will open progressively according to schedule and snow conditions.
- The Mer de Glace (gondola + grotto), Aiguille du Midi and Tramway du Mont Blanc sites will open according to schedule.

Ski season opening forecasts 2025-2026

Nordic area :
- Partial opening of Chamonix Nordic area on November 29 at 9 a.m.
Grands Montets ski area :
- Partial opening confirmed on Saturday November 29 and Sunday November 30.
- Partial opening on Friday December 5, Saturday December 6 and Sunday December 7 .
- Open every day from December 8 to May 3, 2026.
Flégère ski area :
- Confirmed partial and continuous opening from November 29.
Brévent ski area :
- opening December 13, 2025
Balme ski area :
- opening December 13, 2025
Les Houches ski area :
- partial opening on December 6 & 7, 2025 depending on snow conditions
- partial continuous opening on December 13, depending on snow conditions
- full opening December 20
La Vormaine ski area :
- opening December 20
