The Vallorcine Mont Blanc tourist office welcomes you in a warm and authentic setting.
Our reception desk offers the following services:
- Free brochures about the valley, Italy, and Switzerland.
- Chronopost and Colissimo pickup point
- Sale of merchandise featuring the Vallorcine and Chamonix logos
- Ticket sales for hockey games.
- Sale and distribution of guest passes
- Sale of fishing permits
- Photocopying
- Free Wi-Fi
The Tourist Office has held the "Destination d’Excellence" certification since December 2025
Opening dates
From 12/06 to 21/06/2026 from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2.30 pm and 6 pm. Closed on Sunday.
From 22/06 to 30/08/2026 daily between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2.30 pm and 6.30 pm.

The tourist office is marked "Tourism & Handicap".
There is a parking place for people with reduced mobility located on the left side of the tourist office.
The entrance is on the ground floor; Adapted toilets are to be found in the building on the side of the tourist office. However, the entrance door is heavy and help will be required to let a person with a wheel chair come in.
A brochure "transport and accessibility" in English is avalaible at the Tourist office.
