A Multitude of Activities All Year Round

A natural playground in line with its magnificent surroundings, the Chamonix Valley is a haven of vibrations, both contemplative and sporting. Here, you will encounter international ski competitors, freeriders, trail runners, renowned mountaineers, and all lovers of wild and contrasting nature, both imposing and secretive.

Want to unite your teams, share moments of hilarity and solidarity?

Our partners (listed below) can create a menu of activities beyond your imagination! Regardless of the season and the size of your group, a multitude of challenge-based activities will leave a lasting impression during your stay at the foot of Mont Blanc (treasure hunt, multi-sports challenge, orienteering, eco-responsible challenge, etc.).

Did you know that the destination Chamonix is not exclusively reserved for extreme sports enthusiasts or great adventurers?

Want to take it up a notch, to escape with simplicity: in less than 20 minutes, access must-see sites - the Aiguille du Midi cable car and its "Step into the Void" at 3,842 meters above sea level, the Montenvers-Mer de Glace train (1,900 meters above sea level), or the Brévent cable car (2,525 meters above sea level). Up there, wonder and thrills guaranteed...

Connect with the surrounding nature by discovering easily accessible trails and rejuvenate by a mountain lake. And, who knows, you might encounter a majestic ibex or a marmot...

For Moments of Relaxation

Chamonix can boast of being a true small mountain town. All tastes and trends converge in the pedestrian streets; each shop has its share of originality and temptations: tea rooms, chocolate shops, and other macaron factories promise a delicious break. Chamonix offers a wide choice of sports and fashion brands, jewelry, decoration, books, or local products!

Another way to relax after a day of meetings: enjoy the spa in your accommodation or the exceptional facilities of the QC Terme Wellness Center.

The Chamonix Valley and its traditional villages also offer an exciting history to discover in its museums, through cultural visits, or simply by strolling from discreet alleys to majestic buildings from the Belle Époque.

Our Good Practices

Our partners are committed to introducing you to the richness of our natural heritage and raising awareness about its preservation.

The eco-responsible challenge, organized on the Mer de Glace, combines the discovery of an exceptional site, initiation to mountaineering practices, and awareness of the impact of climate change on glaciers.

This awareness can also be conveyed during hikes in the mid-mountain, in all seasons, and perhaps even with snowshoes on.

A conference on the effects of climate change in the mountains can be proposed to conclude a plenary session at the Congress Center and leave a lasting impression on everyone's minds.
