Located in a dream location, in a green screen, without opposite, facing the Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi and the Brevent, facing south, our contemporary alpine style chalet will welcome you in its wooden cocoon

Its interior of a surface of 250 m2, is distributed on 3 levels in the following way:
- On the ground floor
- An entrance with two large closets
- Toilet with hand wash basin
- Large living room with fireplace, TV - DVD, stereo + CD, free internet access, bay window opening on ...
- Large terrace with jacuzzi and landscaped garden of 2 000 m2
- Dining area in bow window
- American style kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction cooker, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, raclette machine, fondue machine, brazier, etc...
- Office with washing machine, dryer, large refrigerator/freezer
- Bedroom (bed 160x200), bathroom, WC

- On the 1st floor
- Living room with TV, DVD and library opening onto a large balcony
- Bathroom with WC communicating with :
- A room with a bed 140x190 + baby bed
- A bedroom with pull-out bed 80x190 and mezzanine (2 beds 90x200)
- Master suite, bed 160x200, large desk, numerous storage spaces, and its bathroom (double basin, shower, bubble bath)

The access to the chalet is easy (no slope), always cleared of snow in winter.
When you arrive, you will find 3 parking spaces outside.
There is a ski room where you can also find garden equipment (parasols, deckchairs etc...)
The train station of Les Tines is at about 200 meters as well as the bus stop. You can travel for free in the valley with the guest card.
The chalet is less than 10 minutes from the center of Chamonix or Argentiere, 3 minutes from Les Praz, by car.
For skiing, the Flégère cable car is 1 km away, the Grands Montets cable car is 4 km away at the entrance to the village of Argentière, and the Brévent cable car is 4 km away in Chamonix itself.
In summer, less than 1 km away, there is an 18-hole golf course.

The rental (1 week minimum), will be from Saturday to Saturday.
