The Musée des Cristaux offers you a journey through the mineralogy of the Alps, France, Europe and the world. Come and discover exceptional collections by their quality, their diversity and their beauty through a renewed scenography in 2021.
The exhibition starts along the Alps with exceptional pieces from the Alpine massifs (France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria) and more particularly from the Mont-Blanc massif. It offers one of the most beautiful sets of pink-red fluorites, smoky quartz, axinites, siderites, epidotes... of international fame.
The exhibition continues around the world, starting from French mines and quarries, it takes you to the discovery of the most emblematic pieces of the five continents: azurites from Chessy-les-Mines, aquamarines from Pakistan, Peruvian pyrites, Congolese dioptases and Australian opals...

Gold, silver, copper... Sapphires, rubies, emeralds... Topazes, aquamarines, garnets... Noble metals, precious stones and gemstones, rough or cut, are waiting for you in the Treasure of the Crystal Museum

Come and discover the Crystal Museum in the company of a crystal maker from the Chamonix Mineralogy Club. Explore with him the mineralogical treasures of the Mont-Blanc massif and discover the world of crystal researchers.
