Wednesday is family time: enjoy a guided tour of the Hérens herd of cows, calves and chickens, and learn about Chamonix's agricultural history. The apple juice workshop teaches you how to make your own juice, right up to the tasting!

RESERVATIONS REQUIRED: from 1:30pm to 3pm, an immersion into the heart of the iconic Chamonix farm: Pain de Chibon. An artisan baker full of surprises, you'll be guided to meet Gérard's black cows, their history and the work of one of France's rare peasant bakers. Then it's your turn in the apple juice workshop, where you use Gérard's apples and the small educational press to make your own apple juice! After the tasting, take advantage of the on-site farmers' market to discover all the farmers!
