Would you like to enjoy a unique sliding experience in the Chamonix Valley? This summer, the Compagnie des Guides de Chamonix invites you to discover the joys of hydrospeed. Also known as white water swimming, this aquatic activity involves floating down a river using flippers. On the Arve, the legendary playground of the Mont-Blanc region, discover new sensations and have an unforgettable time. You can manage your descent with the help of your instructor.

For 45 minutes and over 6 km, learn to play with the counter-currents in an exceptional environment at the foot of the high mountains and Mont-Blanc. For beginners and experts alike, this white water sport is guaranteed to get your adrenalin pumping. Meet up at the Compagnie des Guides de Chamonix white water - hydrospeed base in the centre of town, with its hot showers and changing rooms. The only requirement for hydrospeed is that you be over 1.50m tall.
