Immerse yourself in the world of specialty coffee with an introduction to its history. This experience will take you through the various stages of artisanal roasting to understand the development of the coffee's flavors and body.
Then, we will offer you a cupping* of some coffee references to understand the gustatory impact according to several factors (fermentation method, varieties, origins, high quality, altitude, etc.). Our activity will end with an explanation of the SCA (Speciality Coffee Association) tasting and scoring format.
