Bataille des Reines

The aim of the game for breeders is to get the Queen!

Program :

10am: start of the fights
12:30 p.m. Lunch break - refreshment bar & on-site catering
1:30 pm: Wrestling resumes
4pm: Finals

Please note: the duration of the fights depends solely on the performance of our female fighters, and times are estimates only!

Cows are sorted by age and weight category. The local match offers a maujons category (young non-pregnant cows), heifers (pregnant but never calved) and three "adult cow" categories: light, medium and heavy.
Cows who don't know each other systematically want to know which of the two will be the leader. We don't force them to fight. If one of them refuses to fight, she's submitting to the other.
Each category brings out its Queen. Its owner then wins a beautiful bell, made in Chamonix by Devouassoud or in the Swiss Valais (by Vaquin, Anivier, etc.) or in the Val d'Aoste; the leather is always beautifully decorated with shiny nails and other colorful designs.
