Saturday is family time, with a guided tour of the cheese dairy, flock of ewes, lambs and guard dogs. The wool workshop in the heart of the farm is also the time for cheese tasting!

MANDATORY RESERVATIONS: Saturdays from 10am to 11:30am, come and see the cheese dairy, the flock of ewes, their lambs and the guard dogs, then try your hand at milking with Heidi, our wooden ewe. You'll get a full explanation of Chamonix's agricultural history and how milk and wool are processed. You'll leave with a small creation, and enjoy a mini-tasting that'll make you want to pop into the on-site cheese store!
