Ski touring track - Argentière/ La Trapette

This ski touring track is marked (nor maintained or secured ) and not recommended for beginners.

From the parking of les Grands-Montets, follow the slope of la Pierre à Ric to reach the bridge over the road.
Turn right, a yellow banner will show you the start where you'll reach the cross country slope. Climb the Chosalets slope along the button lift and then you'll find the start in the forest (the same trail than during summer time). You'll arrive just under the restaurant Plan Joran. Follow the slope that goes to Lognan and get down by the Pierre à Ric slope.


The activity is done under your own responsibility. Remember to go equipped with an avalanche search device, snow probe, shovel, telephone and to prepare your outing getting information about the weather condition, the avalanche risk, etc.

A good ski level is necessary for the descent !
