Ski touring track - Les Houches

Les Houches townhall has created a special ski touring trail for fans of this discipline. Starting from Les Chavants, skiers can use it to climb to the top of the Prarion gondola lift on skis.

Departure: 1012 meters high - Arrival: 1860 meters high.
Departure on the left of the Prarion gondola next to the bus stop.
Follow: Le Tremble - Les Aillouds. Cross after the bridge Les Aillouds and go up to the tank. Follow the GR5, you'll pass the restaurant Les Vieilles Luges and then a chalet called La Carbotte. There, turn right and pass under the cable of the gondola Prarion and then to the left again. Cross the slope Table d'Orientation and go up the slope by taking the summer trail on the left. Finally, take the direction toward the Hotel Prarion or the top of the gondola Prarion.
