On March 23, 2007, Casa Valerio was awarded the international "Iso Quality" label for its Margherita Napoletana Extra pizza, following a hygienic inspection of our products - flour, tomatoes, water, GMO-free yeast, baked in a wood-fired oven. First in France and third in the world!
