The Vallorcine Mont Blanc tourist office welcomes you in a warm and authentic setting.
Our reception service offers you the following services:
- Valley, Italy and Switzerland documentation available free of charge.
- Chronopost and Colissimo pick-up points
- Sale of Vallorcine and Chamonix logo goodies.
- Ticket sales for field hockey matches and bus excursions.
- Sale and distribution of guest cards
- Sale of fishing permits

The Tourist Office has been awarded the Destination D'Excellence label since December 2025.
Opening dates
From 07/03 to 28/06/2026 from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2.30 pm and 6 pm.
Closed exceptionally on Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st and May 8th.
Reception will be closed on Monday May 18, Wednesday May 20, Thursday May 21, Wednesday May 27 and Thursday June 11.

Handicap
The tourist office is marked "Tourism & Handicap".
There is a parking place for people with reduced mobility located on the left side of the tourist office.
The entrance is on the ground floor; Adapted toilets are to be found in the building on the side of the tourist office. However, the entrance door is heavy and help will be required to let a person with a wheel chair come in.
A brochure "transport and accessibility" in English is avalaible at the Tourist office.
