Office de Tourisme de Chamonix
The office has a warm and spacious reception area where visitors will find brochures, information panels and a children's area.
Our reception desk offers the following services:
- Free brochures and information.
- Registration for guided tours offered by the tourist office
- Compagnie du Mont Blanc kiosk: sale of season passes (summer and winter) as well as round-trip tickets (Aiguille du Midi, Montenvers-Mer de Glace, and Brévent)
- Chamonix Mobilité kiosk: sale of bus tickets and passes
- Sale of posters and souvenirs featuring the Chamonix logo
- Sale of pucks and tickets for ice hockey games.
- Sale and distribution of guest cards
- Sale of fishing permits
- Last-minute hotel reservations
- Photocopying, black-and-white or color printing, and scanning services.
- Free Wi-Fi
The Tourist Office has held the “Destination d’Excellence” certification since December 2025

The access to the tourist office is made easier by an access ramp. The information office is wide and has an adapated welcome desk..
Car park places for people with reduced mobility are to be found on two pay car parks - the Outa car park and the Saint-Michel car parks which are both situated 200m away from the tourist office.
Adapted toilets are to be found on both car parks.
