The Voices of the Danube Mixed choir of the City of Belgrade. Serbia Alexander Karpov soloist and conductor Program: Christmas in Serbia Liturgy, Orthodox choirs, traditional Christmas carols from Serbia, Russia and Ukraine.

Created on the initiative of composer, singer and choirmaster Alexander KARPOV, the mixed choir of the City of Belgrade "Les Voix du Danube" is dedicated to interpreting the treasures of Orthodox chant bequeathed to us by successive centuries from Byzantium to the present day.
Made up of young mixed voices, the ensemble gave its first series of concerts in France in August 2024. It has been invited to take part in a number of prestigious festivals, including the Festival du Vigan, the Festival de la Vézère, the Musicales de Montsoreau, the Heures Musicales du Haut-Anjou, the Estives Musicales Internationales de Louvie-Juzon, the Festival Musique en l'Île in Paris... and will perform at the Abbaye Saint-Philibert in Tournus and the Abbatiale de Guîtres.
They will present a program of Orthodox chants from different periods and aesthetics. It will also perform traditional Christmas carols from Serbia, Russia and Ukraine.
