3rd concert of the season by the Camerata du Mont-Blanc

Baroque or classical? The Camerata du Mont-Blanc returns for its third concert of the season with a programme that means you don't have to choose. Between masters of baroque music and classics of Argentine tango, which have become hits in contemporary music, the ensemble lets loose (just a little...) and combines its strings with an instrument that was very popular in the last century: the accordion.

To make up for her (accidental!) absence from last January's concert, Claire Roff will perform JS Bach's Concerto in E Major BWV 1042 on the violin. This time, we promise...

Philippe Badin, who has already treated us to a beautiful impromptu performance of JS Bach's First Suite for Solo Cello, will return to the limelight with Antonio Vivaldi's Cello Concerto in D Major RV 403.

And we will gladly jump forward a few centuries to enjoy a more contemporary work by Arvo Pärt, before giving free rein to the unbridled rhythms of the most famous compositions by the master of Argentine tango, Astor Piazzola.

Admission to this concert is free – donations welcome on exit – but booking is recommended by contacting the association (until 12 noon on the day of the concert) by email or text message using the contact details below, providing the following information for each participant: surname, first name, email address and mobile phone number.
