115 Years of Passion: Chamonix, the Undisputed Cradle of French Hockey
Since 1910, the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc Valley has been writing one of the most impressive chapters in French sports history. With 30 French Championship titles and more than 1,100 players who have worn the famous jersey in the valley’s colors, Chamonix is the most successful club in the history of national ice hockey.
Today, the Chamonix Pionniers professional team competes at the highest level in the Synerglace Ligue Magnus. Much more than just a sports club, the Pionniers are true ambassadors for the valley, embodying the values of tenacity, pushing one’s limits, respect, and ambition every day.
