The Heliopic Hotel & Spa restaurant, awarded a Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide every year since 2020, invites you on a surprising journey of the senses to the heart of mountain flavors.
Since December 2013, the Heliopic Hotel & Spa**** has been a key address in Chamonix's upscale hotel scene. The hotel offers 102 rooms, a majestic Nuxe Spa, innovative services... and since winter 2018, a totally revamped restaurant.
By giving it a new name and a new design, the establishment's values of elegance and conviviality will be found around the table, in a chic, hushed setting. In Savoyard dialect, "Akashon" means "by surprise". "A restaurant of discovery, it's an invitation to let yourself be taken on a journey of the senses," sums up Romain Trollet, owner of Hôtel Heliopic.
In the kitchen, creative and discreet chef Julien Binet has been officiating since the hotel opened in 2013. With enthusiasm and passion, he works with seasonal produce to offer the finest palates a cuisine imbued with the flavours of the mountains, revisiting local recipes to make each dinner a moment apart...
