The beef is certified of "Savoie" origin.
The Tomme cheese and the Raclette cheese made with raw milk are
at the farm of Montroc.
The Reblochon and Beaufort cheeses come from the Val d'Arly fruit cooperative in Flumet.
The grated cheese, used in the pancakes is made in
in Saint Mont des Alpes.
Our vegetables are delivered by a wholesaler from Arthaz, working in close collaboration with local producers.
The Féra and crayfish are caught in Lake Geneva.
The bread for our burgers is entirely made in our kitchen.
The ice creams are made by an artisan ice cream maker in the Alps.
The pancake dough is home made.
Our eggs are fresh and free range (cat 1).
