Aux Petits Gourmands - Pâtisserie -Salon de Thé

in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc
Presentation

Tea room

Aux Petits Gourmands was created in 1987. The first store is located in the rue du Lyret. The quality of their chocolates and pastries is immediately recognized.
In 1998, Jacqueline, ambitious, feeling cramped, seized the opportunity to buy a pastry shop in the largest pedestrian and commercial street in Chamonix: rue Paccard.

In 2007, a second store, more intimate, is opened, avenue de l'aiguille du Midi.
In 2012, in order to develop her store and highlight her delicacies, Jacqueline, on the advice of her architect Richard Bagur, adapts to the decorative trends of the moment: wood, granite, cut steel sculptures designed by Paolo Albertelli, red, black and beige. The whole is sober and noble.

Because the challenge is the leitmotif of the house, a new place will be born in 2014. Thanks to the creativity and personality of David Marandet, head of the laboratory, Chalet 4810 will combine the beauty of minerals and delicacies. To be continued with Paul and Alicia, the children of the house...
