Couteau le Chamoniard

Handcrafted knives.

The shape of the handle represents the Mont-Blanc and the pyrography the trace of the first ascent of the Mont-Blanc by Balmat and Paccard on August 7, 1786.

As a ski instructor in the winter and a carpenter in the summer in Chamonix, I wanted to produce my knives for myself and for the amateurs of the beautiful cutlery.

The final assembly is done by hand in my workshop at the entrance of the valley.

Limited series in honor of the 150 years of mountaineering.
Limited series of 200 numbered knives.

You can find me at the Chamonix market every Saturday morning, and some models are also on sale at the Chamonix tourist office.
