Visite guidée du "lac à l'anglais" et des villas de villégiature

A lovely walk to discover the history of a man-made lake, and then set off in search of the amazing resort villas in the Chamonix landscape.

This tour will take us on a journey of discovery through the resort villas built on the outskirts of Chamonix from the 19th century onwards.
At "Lac à l'Anglais", we'll recount the astonishing story of an English lord who fell in love with Chamonix. Then we walk along the old stagecoach route. This route, through the village of Les Pècles, will take us from villa to villa, towards the center of Chamonix.
It's an opportunity for all of us to take a closer look at these stunning villas in the Chamonix setting.
