CHAMONIX ART SCHOOL – Cat KARTAL - Art&Nature

Chamonix Art School – Draw, Paint, Create, Explore

Chamonix Art School is an Art school founded by the artist and painter Cat Kartal. It offers year-round workshops in drawing, watercolor, painting, and mixed media for children, teenagers, and adults.
Classes are available in group or private formats, and tailored options are also available for corporate seminars and private events.

The school’s mission is to make artistic practice accessible to everyone, regardless of age, skill level, or experience. Whether curious, creative, beginners, or seasoned artists, participants find a space for expression and discovery within a friendly atmosphere that fosters learning and interaction.
Activities take place both in the studio and outdoors—immersed in nature and the mountains—drawing inspiration from the landscapes and energy of the Chamonix Valley.

"Art & Nature" Wednesdays and workshops for young people : Artistic workshops are available for children aged 4 to 13 throughout the year. During school holidays, day-long workshops introduce them to various techniques; whenever possible, these sessions are combined with outdoor walks and picnics.
Next holidays => All Saints' Day (Toussaint).

Adults aren't left out, either! Weekly classes in drawing, acrylic painting, and watercolor are offered year-round on an à la carte basis.
In summer, we organize outdoor sessions featuring watercolor, travel journaling, or canvas painting. In winter, we host cozier sessions in the warmth of the studio.

Companies and professionals are also welcome to contact us for specific requests regarding group activities and seminar sessions.

Private events: Celebrating a birthday, a family reunion, a gathering of cousins, or a bachelorette party? Don't hesitate to get in touch. Painting is a fun, creative activity that brings people together, fosters unity, breaks the ice, and creates bonds across generations.

The activity schedule is available on the Chamonix Art School website and the Tourist Office website.
