Chestnuts from Ardèche - Authentic flavors

We harvest our chestnuts on our family farm in the Cévennes Ardéchoises. Made from local varieties, our chestnuts are roasted over a wood fire, using off-cuts from a local sawmill - an approach that is both traditional and eco-responsible. The choice of varieties and roasting method gives our chestnuts that much-appreciated flavour of yesteryear.

In addition to roasted chestnuts, we offer a range of processed products: chestnut cream, chestnut purée, chestnut syrup, chestnut honey, and more. All are handcrafted, either directly on the farm or in collaboration with neighboring producers, most of whom are organic farmers.
