Chamonix Bus become Chamonix Mobilité !

Starting from the 4th of December 2023, a new ambitious public transportation offer begins for the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley!

  • New direct Skibus routes to the ski lifts. Bus Ski15 is running until May 5th included
  • New Proxibus routes to the valley hamlets
  • Bus service starting earlier in the morning and ending later at night
  • +50% more kilometers covered by the buses 

Attention : starting from May 27, 2024, due to a shortage of drivers, Chamonix Mobility is adjusting its transport services : 

• Lines 7 and 8 will require reservations throughout the week via the following phone number: 06 01 21 75 62 – from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM / from 2:30 PM to 5:15 PM. 

• Lines 1 and 2 will run on Saturdays according to the Sunday schedule (i.e., one bus per hour).

Mont-Blanc express train

From Chamonix, the SNCF rail line serves all the villages :
- On the French side, up from St Gervais les Bains-le Fayet with stop in Les Bossons, Les Houches and Servoz.

- On the Swiss side, up to Martigny with stop in Les Praz, Argentière and Vallorcine.
The SNCF rail line from Servoz to Vallorcine is free to use if you have the Guest Card, provided by your accommodation host on arrival.

New: creation of climate adventure trails

An itinerant concept based on the promotion of the valley's natural heritage, fun and educational, with the aim of creating a real experience for all audiences.

Come and buy your game kit at the Tourist Office in Chamonix, Les Houches, Vallorcine, at the Maison du Lieutenant in Servoz or at the chalet of the Aiguilles Rouges Nature Reserve on the Col des Montets. For 3 trails (Aller à l'Au, A fleur de coteau and the epilogue in the centre of Chamonix), a free interactive mobile application is available, flash the QR code at the start of these trails and let us guide you!
