How to get your card
- Tourist accommodation : the card will be given to you free of charge by your accommodation provider on arrival. Please ask your accommodation provider for it.
- Free accommodation : the card must be picked up exclusively at the town hall or tourist office, at a cost of €10 per person per one-week stay.
Free Ride on the Mont-Blanc Express Train
(TER P52)
The guest pass allows you to travel freely on the SNCF Mont-Blanc Express network for trips within the municipalities of Servoz and Vallorcine during the pass’s validity period.
Instructions:
- I board the train and show my valid guest pass to the conductor.
Bus discounts Chamonix Mobilité
The guest card gives you access to discounts of up to 50% or more on bus tickets on the Chamonix Mobilité network.
Please note: The guest card is not a valid ticket for the buses; you must purchase a ticket or have a valid ski pass.
How to use it:
- Scan the QR code on your guest card or visit the Chamonix Mobilité website
or
- Visit the ticket kiosks at the Maison de la Mobilité (bus station / Chamonix Sud), the Chamonix Tourist Office, or the Les Houches Tourist Office.
- Choose the plan that’s right for you
- Enter your personal information.
- Pay.
- Get your ticket
- Show your ticket to the bus driver
Please note:
- Remember: the carte d'hôte is not a ticket for bus travel: you must buy a ticket.
- Carte d'hôte discounts are not available on night buses (after 9pm).
- The bus driver cannot sell you a carte d'hôte pass on the bus: you must buy it on the Chamonix Mobilité website or at a "Chamonix Mobilité" terminal.
- If you have a valid Compagnie du Mont-Blanc ski pass or Multipass summer pass, you don't need to buy a ticket; simply scan your pass at the terminals inside the bus.
Single tickets do not have a reduced carte d'hôte fare, and are valid for a minimum of 2 days.
- Examples of reduced fares:
- 2-day ticket: €5.00 instead of €9.00
- 3-day ticket: €6.00 instead of €9.00
- 4-day ticket: €7.00
- 5-day ticket: €8.00
- Weekly ticket: €10.00 instead of €18.00
2-week ticket: €20.00 on sale at the Maison de la mobilité only
Benefits Museums and Richard Bozon Sports Center
- Discounts on selected museums and exhibitions in the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley
- Discounts on admission to the Richard Bozon Sports Centre swimming pool and ice rink.
