Guest Card : how to get it ?
Benefits for traveling and enjoying activities in the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley!
How to get it?
- Tourist accommodations: the card will be provided to you free of charge by your accommodation provider upon arrival. Remember to ask for it from your accommodation provider.
- Free accommodations: the card must be obtained exclusively from the town hall or the tourist office for a cost of €10 per person per stay of one week.
Train Mont-Blanc Express free access
(TER P52)
The guest card allows you free travel on the Mont-Blanc Express SNCF network for internal journeys between the towns of Servoz and Vallorcine during the validity of the guest card.
Instructions:
- I board the train and present my valid guest card to the train conductor.
Bus Transportation Discounts
The guest card gives you access to discounts of up to 50% and more on tickets for the new Chamonix Mobility bus network, which comes into effect from December 4, 2023.
Attention: The guest card is not a bus ticket: you must purchase a ticket or have a valid ski pass.
Instructions:
- Scan the QR code on your guest card or visit the website Chamonix Mobility.
or
- Go to the sales terminals at the Mobility Center (bus station / Chamonix Sud), at the Chamonix Tourist Office, Les Houches, or Vallorcine.
- Choose the offer that suits you.
- Provide your personal information.
- Pay.
- Get your ticket.
- Present your ticket to the bus driver.
Attention, please note:
- Reminder: the guest card is not a bus ticket: you must purchase a ticket.
- Guest card discounts are not available for night buses (after 9 pm).
- The bus driver cannot sell you a guest card rate ticket on the bus: you must purchase it on the Chamonix Mobility website or at a "Chamonix Mobilité" terminal.
- If you have a valid ski pass from Compagnie du Mont-Blanc, you do not need to purchase a transport ticket, just show your pass to the driver (except for night buses, after 9 pm).
- Examples of reduced fares:
- 2-day ticket: €4.00 instead of €9.00
- 3-day ticket: €5.00 instead of €9.00
- 4-day ticket: €6.00
- 5-day ticket: €7.00
- 6-day ticket: €8.00
- Weekly ticket: €9.00 instead of €18.00

Museum and Sports Center Benefits
