Mountain Path organizes mountain breaks for companies. Leadership, decision-making, cohesion and managerial transformation take shape through tailor-made alpine experiences designed for executives, managers and teams.

Mountain Path designs and organizes mountain breaks for companies, managers and teams who want to get away from it all, both literally and figuratively. Based in Chamonix, in the heart of the Mont-Blanc massif, we use the high mountains as a powerful lever of inspiration to work on leadership, team cohesion and decision-making.

Our stays are aimed exclusively at professional clients: executive committees, managers, HR departments and project teams. They combine accessible alpine experiences (hikes, introductory mountaineering, snowshoeing, refuges, etc.), discovery of the world of high-mountain rescue (simulated operations, meetings with first-aiders and emergency doctors) and discussion sessions led by high-mountain professionals and experts from the corporate world.

Each program is tailor-made to suit the organization's objectives and the participants' capabilities: strengthening cooperation, supporting a transformation, securing decision-making, managing risks or creating a unifying highlight. More than just a stay, Mountain Path offers an immersive learning experience and the opportunity to understand, alongside top professionals, how to better adapt to and take advantage of uncertainty.

Every year, we work with around a hundred companies of all sizes and sectors, as well as management schools such as HEC and Wharton Business School.
