RN205 closed to traffic and detour set up in both directions
The RN 205 is closed to all traffic between Servoz and Passy until Friday September 26. Following the rock fall on Sunday September 21, safety work will be carried out this week, taking into account unfavorable weather conditions.
To drive towards Geneva, light vehicles must exit at Servoz (exit 24) and follow bypass S1.
To travel towards Chamonix, light vehicles must exit at Passy (exit 21) and follow detour S2.
Buses and trucks cannot use these bypasses.
For HGVs and buses wishing to get to or from Chamonix, there is a detour via Switzerland and the Col des Montets or Col de la Forclaz.
