How to get here ?
Chamonix is near Geneva international airport (in Switzerland), to which it is connected by an expressway. The Mont Blanc Tunnel provides direct access from Italy.
Located at the foot of Mont Blanc en France, Chamonix is easy to reach by train, car and aeroplane.
Geneva, Lyon and Milan airports are respectively 1 and 2 hours from Chamonix.
There are regular trains to Chamonix from Paris, Lyon, Annecy, Bellegarde, Geneva and Martigny.

End of winter season information:
- SKI1 DIRECT and SKI13 lines stop on the evening of April 6
- SKI3 DIRECT service ends on the evening of April 13
- SKI2 DIRECT service ends on the evening of April 21.
- From April 21, the SKI15 line adapts with a reduced frequency. Consult the timetable on the https://www.chamonix-mobilite.com/ligne-ski-15 page.

Mont-Blanc express train
From Chamonix, the SNCF line serves all the villages:
- French side to St Gervais les Bains - le Fayet via Les Bossons, Les Houches and Servoz.
- Swiss side to Martigny via Les Praz, Argentière and Vallorcine.
The SNCF line from Servoz to Vallorcine is freely accessible to holders of the Carte d'Hôte, given to you on arrival by your accommodation provider.
Please note : due to roadworks, SNCF buses are replacing train sets between St Gervais Le Fayet and Chamonix stations until April 25.
Trains continue to run from Chamonix to Martigny.
